Derby residents are invited to participate in this year’s Remembrance Sunday events on Sunday, 9 November 2025, to honor the sacrifices of armed forces and emergency services members.
The annual Remembrance Sunday parade and service will return this November, uniting youth groups, veteran organizations, and community members in tribute. From 10:45 AM, local veterans and youth groups will parade through the city center to the Market Place, accompanied by the Salvation Army Band.
The full Order of Service is available for download. The service will also be broadcast on a large screen in the Market Place for public viewing.
This year, troops from the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers 148 Divisional Support Company will not parade. However, several local youth and veteran groups will participate as in previous years.
