Lindsey German spoke at the 32nd national march for Palestine, stating:
This is what a large demonstration looks like.
The march, which drew 600,000 people, aimed to bring attention to the plight of the Palestinians. The message was clear:
we will not stop our solidarity until Palestine is free.
A ceasefire is seen as a positive step, but it is not enough. The international community is urged not to trust the Israelis, Trump, or Blair to determine the fate of Palestine. Instead,
Palestinians can run their own country, without the need for external intervention.
