Background and Release
When Oasis began their Live ’25 reunion tour on July 4, 2025, a black Les Paul used by Noel Gallagher sparked curiosity. Fans speculated if it was the Custom guitar loaned from Johnny Marr. As the tour went on, Gibson revealed a 25-piece limited edition at £17,500, created as a tribute to the guitar Noel had played during the reunion shows. This was a Made To Measure Les Paul developed in collaboration with Noel over 18 months.
Shortly before Oasis’s five-date Australian run, Gibson introduced the production model: the Gibson USA Noel Gallagher Les Paul Standard. This new signature guitar is not a radical redesign but a refined, enhanced version of the classic Les Paul.
