University of Cambridge Submits Revised Eddington Masterplan
The University of Cambridge has submitted an updated masterplan for the Eddington development, designed by Hawkins Brown.
The outline plan proposes up to 3,800 additional homes and 50ha of open space, alongside new community facilities and active travel routes.
- Up to 50% of the homes will be affordable, prioritised for University key workers.
- The remaining homes will be sold on the open market.
The development will include a range of homes, from townhouses and maisonettes to apartment blocks, as well as parks, play areas, and community gardens.
