Actor Glen Powell, 37, began the promotional tour for his upcoming action film The Running Man with a screening in Paris on November 3. The event took place at UGC Cine Cité Bercy, where he appeared stylish in a black coat and a blue striped shirt.
Director Edgar Wright joined Powell for the Paris screening, marking one of the film’s first international showcases.
In the movie, Powell portrays a man willing to risk everything to save his sick daughter. To earn the money needed for her treatment, he enters a brutal competition called The Running Man, where participants, known as Runners, must survive thirty days while being hunted by professional assassins. Each moment of the ordeal is broadcast to a fascinated and ruthless audience. With every passing day, the prize money increases along with the danger.
The film also stars Josh Brolin, Colman Domingo, and William H. Macy. The Running Man will be released in theaters on November 14.
