Campbellsville Man Wins Second Kentucky Lottery Jackpot in 5 Months

Braxton Skaggs, a resident of Campbellsville, Kentucky, recently won nearly $58,000 playing the Bluegrass Bucks Hot Hit Jackpots Instant Play game, just months after winning $30,000 on another lottery ticket.

Skaggs shared that he had not played much lottery since his last win until his mother won $3,000 playing online. A few days later, with only $150 left in his account, he decided to try again. He wagered $5 and hit the jackpot.

"I was more excited about this one than I was the first one," Skaggs told lottery officials.

He added that the winnings will help him build his first home.
