The building offers 66 apartments, with 25 units available through the lottery and the rest reserved as supportive housing for formerly homeless individuals, low-income residents, and families with special needs.
All 25 lottery units are rent stabilized and designed for families earning up to 60 percent of the Area Median Income, covering households of one to five people with incomes from $55,166 to $105,000. The available units include:
The building reserves 12 percent of apartments for individuals with mobility impairments and 8 percent for those with hearing or vision impairments. Residents have access to a gym, community center, sun deck, and card-operated laundry room.
