Greenwich Man Charged with Felony DWI
A 25-year-old Greenwich man, Wilson, is facing a felony DWI charge after being stopped for speeding on Main Street in Argyle.
According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Wilson
allegedly failed field sobriety testsand a breath sample revealed a blood alcohol concentration of 0.13%.
- He was charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or greater.
- The charges were upgraded to felonies due to a previous driving while intoxicated conviction within the last 10 years.
