Nuclear Safety Boss Joins O'Rourke in Board Shake-Up
Contractor Laing O'Rourke has announced changes to its board, with a new Company Secretary and Senior Independent Director.
- Foy will take up his new role next month alongside lawyer Helen Ruelle, the new Group Company Secretary.
- Heather MacCallum will become the Senior Independent Director and a member of the Remuneration Committee.
- Dr Hayaatun Sillem will chair the Board's Sustainability Committee and join the Nomination Committee.
Non-Executive Director Charlotte Valeur and Senior Independent Director Mark Cutifani have left the Board.
The contractor said the move will help drive a "new paradigm for the construction industry."
