Lancashire-based confectioner, Stockley’s, has invested in a new 60,000 sq ft facility as part of its growth plans.

According to Innova Marketing Insights, the UK sugar confectionery market has seen a steady uptick in sales (+5%) and volume (+3%) over the past five years.
