A Fine Art student at Newcastle University has been commissioned to create 12 pieces of artwork for the Mercury Prize 2025.
Charlotte Brecken, a fourth-year student, specializes in miniature artworks and has created versions of each album's cover art on rail tickets for the 12 shortlisted artists.
The artworks are part of the Mercury Prize fringe events and have been featured on social media and across the region, leading up to the main event at the Utilita Arena in Newcastle on October 16th.
Charlotte is thrilled to showcase her artwork, having started her own art business, Lottivics Art, while studying for her GCSEs.
