A former Tex-Mex style restaurant building on a busy leisure park in south Birmingham is up for auction this month.
The standalone Unit 3B on Great Park, Ashbrook Drive, Rubery, has a guide price of £300,000-plus in the livestreamed auction on October 23.
Ian Tudor, commercial auction director at Bond Wolfe, said the freehold property had until recently been the home to a Perios Tex-Mex family restaurant.
Other businesses on Great Park include Morrisons superstore, Nuffield Health centre, Frankie & Benny’s, Hollywood Bowl, Omniplex Cinema, Premier Inn, and Colmers 3G football complex.
Mr Tudor expects strong interest in the vacant former restaurant due to its location next to another busy restaurant, a newly refurbished cinema complex, and a bowling alley.
