Warsaw Man Sentenced In Battery Case
A Warsaw man was sentenced for acting inappropriately with an individual during a job interview.
Robert Paul Levelle, 37, pled guilty to battery, a class B misdemeanor, and making an unlawful proposition, a class A misdemeanor.
- Charges of sexual battery and criminal confinement were dismissed.
Levelle was arrested on May 21 after harassing and inappropriately touching a woman who was coming in for a job interview.
Levelle stated that he was sorry for what he had done and has been working on himself.
Kosciusko Superior Court Three Judge Miner accepted Levelle’s plea and sentenced him on both misdemeanor counts, which will be served consecutively.
