Relatives of Family Killed by Drunk Driver Call for Action
The heartbroken survivors of the Dennison family, who were killed by a drunken driver, are hoping to prevent others from enduring their unspeakable pain.
The family was driving from their home in Greenfield to the outer banks of North Carolina for a vacation when the crash occurred on May 19, 2024. The intoxicated driver was going the wrong way on a Maryland highway, resulting in the deaths of 21-year-old Dean Dennison, 20-year-old Sierra Rain Merchant, and their 1-year-old child Grayson Dennison.
“They all died on the side of the road with no one there. No one there to hold them,”said Tiffany Dennison, Dean’s mother.
The family's tragic loss has sparked a call to action to prevent similar incidents in the future.
