SGA Passes Bill Regulating Student Court

The Student Government Association (SGA) has passed a bill to restructure and regulate the Student Court, which has been considered "inactive".

Senators have amended the SGA's bylaws to require the Student Court to meet at least four times a semester and issue monthly reports to the legislative and executive branches.

The Judicial Branch Bylaws Establishment Act was passed unanimously by senators at a meeting on Monday.
