Flyers' Offense Struggles in 5-2 Loss to Jets
After winning their home opener against the Florida Panthers, the Philadelphia Flyers (1-2-1) hosted the Winnipeg Jets (3-1-0) at Xfinity Mobile Arena on Thursday.
The Flyers previously faced the Jets twice last season, resulting in a 1-1 record. Before the game, defenseman Cam York was activated off the injured reserve, and Emil Andrae was sent to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.
Goalie Samuel Ersson started his second game of the season, following Dan Vladar's strong performance against the Panthers.
