Participating in the "No Kings" Protest in Athens
The "No Kings" rally this Saturday will differ from the previous one due to the college football game between Ole Miss Rebels and Georgia.
Normally, protests occur at the Arch, Tate Student Center, or City Hall, but this time it will be different because of the large football crowd.
In June, over 2,000 people gathered downtown for the first "No Kings" protest against the Trump administration's authoritarian tendencies, part of thousands of nationwide protests that drew an estimated 5 million people.
