Charges Filed Against Man Involved in Chase and Crash
Charges were filed against Christopher Brugger, 36, of Madison, who was behind the wheel of a tow truck that crashed into a Madison police officer's squad car.
Brugger faces over a dozen felony and misdemeanor counts, including:

According to prosecutors, Brugger led police on a chase, driving through medians and ditches, and hitting multiple vehicles. The chase ended with a head-on crash into Officer Ryan Kimberely's squad car, seriously injuring the officer.
