The consequences of the Israel-Palestine war have been catastrophic, with the United Nations estimating over 67,000 Palestinian deaths and almost 170,000 wounded, as well as 1,200 Israeli deaths and 5,400 injuries since October 7, 2023.

Gaza has been severely damaged, with the United Nations reporting that 83% of all structures and housing units have been damaged in Gaza City, leaving the region in need of more than just financial aid to rebuild.
