The Lower Merion Building and Planning Committee has approved a plan to demolish seven existing semi-attached, single-family, one-story villas and construct three new buildings in their place.
The plan includes the construction of two identical three-story buildings, each with a footprint of 13,430 square feet and 12 independent living units. A total of 51 parking spaces will be available, consisting of 37 sub-surface and 14 at-grade spaces.
