Municipal Election Day in Alberta
Next Monday is Alberta's quadrennial municipal election day.
Leading up to the election, the United Conservative Party provincial government has been involved in legalization of municipal political parties in Calgary and Edmonton.
The government legalized municipal political parties in hopes of seeing urban councillors elected who are more simpatico with their far-right and separatist agendas.
