Many individuals may not fully understand their condition, and some may be navigating a legal battle for compensation. Headway Devon currently supports around 100 people weekly, but acknowledges that more individuals are discharged without knowledge of their services.
Thanks to the new partnership, Headway Devon can now provide support in hospitals, reaching more people in need.
