Israeli colonists have plowed hundreds of dunums of Palestinian-owned agricultural land in the village of Sikka and the town of Beit Awa, west of Hebron, in preparation for seizing it.
According to the head of Sikka village council, groups of colonists from the illegal settlement of Negohot have attacked farmland, plowing over 500 dunums in recent days, with the aim of taking over 1,000 dunums of fertile plains.
The lands belong to numerous Palestinian families and serve as a primary source of income for them.
Local residents are confronting the colonists' attempts to seize their lands, calling for support and protection from local and international institutions.
