After a year and a half of pop-ups and wholesale business, Bravo Bakeshop has opened a European-style bakery and coffeehouse in Ashland.
Owner and pastry chef Liz Dillon found the right space in the Diamond Plaza building at 278 N. Washington Highway.
“There wasn’t a place to gather. We didn’t get to see our customers sit down and enjoy what they’re purchasing,”
Dillon said. The new shop brings the business closer to customers and offers an expanded menu with coffee and more baked goods.
Dillon's dream of opening a bakery began about a decade ago when she attended culinary school.
