Charlotte County Deputies Searching for Shooting Suspect
Charlotte County Sheriff's deputies are searching for a man accused of shooting someone at a Punta Gorda apartment complex on Friday.
The suspect, 34-year-old Michael Williams, allegedly shot someone at the Luther Apartments after an argument, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Williams left the scene before deputies arrived, but was later taken into custody.
The victim has non-life threatening injuries. The Sheriff's Office is asking anyone with information to call their non-emergency line at 941-639-2101.
