Colonists Uproot Olive Saplings, Steal Construction Equipment near Nablus
Colonists cut down approximately 50 olive saplings and stole construction equipment from land belonging to the town of Beit Ummar, north of Nablus, early Wednesday morning.
Tariq Fakhoury, one of the landowners, said that the colonists stole equipment, bags of cement, and tiles from inside the building he was finishing on his land in Beit Ummar, and cut down about 50 olive saplings belonging to his cousin, Murad Fakhoury.
He added that this was the third time the area had been targeted by colonists' attacks, during which they stole equipment and cut down olive trees.
