A Singapore Airlines cargo plane, bound for Guangzhou, China, returned to Changi Airport after more than two hours in the air due to a technical issue.
The Boeing 747 aircraft, flight SQ7824, departed at about 4:20 pm and was cruising at 39,000 feet when the crew declared an emergency.
