A public oral auction for STATE TIMBER SALE CR200421, CAESAR TON will be held at the Idaho Department of Lands office, located at 2550 Highway 2 W., Sandpoint, ID 83864, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. local time.
The auction will feature an estimated 27,319 tons of timber, marked or otherwise designated for cutting, as well as an unestimated volume of forest products that may be removed at the option of the purchaser.
- The minimum bid requirement is 10% of the appraised net sale value of $873,474.10, which is $87,347.41.
- The average minimum bid price is $45.90 per ton.
- Eligible bidders must present a certified check or bank draft payable to Idaho Department of Lands, or a bid bond acceptable to the State, prior to bidding.
- The successful bidder's deposit will be forfeited to the State if the bidder fails to complete the contract.
- The State will not accept bids from parties who are delinquent on payments on existing state contracts.
