Preds Fall to Flyers Despite Wood's First NHL Goal
Nashville Predators rookie Matthew Wood scored his first NHL goal, but the team lost to the Philadelphia Flyers with a final score of 4-1.

It was a great effort, we played really well but didn’t get the result. I think we're all a little bit frustrated over it, but we’ve got to go through this. Every team does, and it's how we handle ourselves fighting through this.
Brunette expects the team to keep fighting, saying the guys showed a lot of fight tonight.
