Community Development Planned for Old Binion Ranch
Developers aim to bring single-family, multi-family, and commercial spaces to the area.
The old Binion Ranch, a 139-acre land in the town center, may become a mixed-use community with residences and commercial buildings.
“This is approximately 139 acres. It’s situated north of Wilson Road and south of Basin Avenue,”
Mark Mulhall of Kaempher and Crowell explained to the Nye County Commission. The plan involves a Master Plan Amendment to change the zone to a Specific Plan of Development, subject to a development agreement and negotiation.
