Luka Dončić Was So Mad Rui Hachimura Didn't Score After Flashy Full-Court Pass

Luka Dončić’s Impressive Passing Highlights Against Spurs

During the Lakers’ Wednesday night game against the Spurs, Luka Dončić displayed his remarkable passing skills. He attempted to surprise San Antonio’s defense with a full-court pass to Rui Hachimura, positioned under the basket.

Hachimura caught the ball and went for a layup but was fouled, preventing him from scoring. Dončić showed his frustration at being denied an assist by looking at his teammate in disbelief and pretending to yell, then quickly softened with a friendly smile.

Redemption with a Spectacular Assist

Hachimura redeemed himself shortly after. Despite being double-teamed along the baseline, Dončić delivered a no-look, one-arm pass over his shoulder, finding Hachimura open for a three-pointer which he confidently drained.

“While Hachimura will have wished he’d tucked away the layup after Dončić’s first pass, he delivered with a big three on the second one, making up for his earlier miss.”

This assist was one of seven that Dončić recorded in the first half. Along with his passing, he contributed 22 points and six rebounds.
