There are no hard feelings between Alan Carr and Paloma Faith. The Celebrity Traitors champion made a lighthearted claim that he is the father of the singer’s unborn baby after he “murdered” her during the hit reality show.
The musician announced last month that she is expecting her third child. Carr, who won in the intense final episode, had “killed” his friend Faith in the show’s first elimination.
Speaking on the official Celebrity Traitors podcast Uncloaked, Carr described the difficult moment.
“It was so awful, it really hurt,”
he said, addressing Faith directly.
“I am so sorry, you know I am.”
He then teased:
“I want to tell everyone that I am the father of her unborn child. We had a make-up hug and one thing led to another.”
Faith, who attended the podcast taping, responded with humor and affection.
“I have been known to turn people, and it was an enjoyable experience for both of us.”
She assured there were no hard feelings between them.
“Observing tonight and going through all my hormonal emotions, I realized the reason Alan won and I was so sad is because we all love him so much.”
Finally, she told him:
“I’m so happy that you won because it was bloody worth it.”
Playful joking and mutual admiration define this lighthearted exchange between Alan Carr and Paloma Faith after their on-screen "murder" in The Traitors.
