Speaking on the Las Culturistas podcast with hosts Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers, Lawrence described experiencing hauntings both in New Orleans and Charlotte, North Carolina, calling them "really bad."
While shooting the 2022 movie Causeway in New Orleans, Lawrence moved between three locations before settling in a hotel. One day, she was in bed when she heard a housekeeper enter her room.
