A woman recently claimed a $6.25 million Florida Lotto jackpot from the October 25 drawing at the Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee.
Robin Glover, 41, chose to take the one-time lump-sum payment of $3,529,535.42. She purchased the winning ticket at the Publix located at 3900 East Bay Drive in Holmes Beach.
“Since its inception in 1988, Florida Lotto has awarded more than $11 billion in prizes, created 1,105 millionaires, and generated over $8.58 billion for the state’s Educational Enhancement Trust Fund,” the Florida Lottery stated in a news release.
