Hayley Williams has launched the full 20-track physical edition of her third solo album, Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party, marking a significant milestone as her first major independent release after two decades with Atlantic Records.
The album, now available worldwide in stores, includes 20 tracks, featuring two songs—“Good Ol’ Days” and “Showbiz”—making their physical debut. This release concludes one of the most unconventional rollouts in Williams’ career.
In line with her independent approach, the album initially appeared in mid-2025 not as a traditional release, but as 17 surprise singles dropped individually without prior notice. Fans embraced this format by creating their own track sequences and even setting up a dedicated website to share playlists, fulfilling Williams’ goal of allowing listeners to shape the album’s narrative.
Weeks following the single releases, the project was compiled into an 18-track digital album including the song “Parachute,” which has since accumulated over 130 million streams. The 20-track physical release represents the album’s definitive form and symbolizes the close of an era for Williams.
"After more than 20 years with Atlantic Records, Paramore became fully independent at the end of 2023."
This physical edition marks the conclusion of Williams’ contract that began when she was a teenager, embarking on a new independent chapter in her career.
Hayley Williams’ release of the complete physical edition of Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party solidifies her transition into full independence after 20 years with Atlantic Records and showcases an innovative approach to album releases.
