Brendan Fevola Reveals He Was Victim of a Home Invasion

Footy great Brendan Fevola shared that he experienced a home invasion over the weekend, fearing that he and his family were about to be robbed. The father of four had been preparing to take his youngest daughter, Tobi, rollerskating before the unusual event occurred.

As they were leaving the house, Fevola turned around and was shocked to see an elderly woman and her dog standing in his hallway.

“Oh my god, I’ve had an intruder,” the former Carlton and Brisbane star told the Fifi, Fev and Nick show. “I turn around and see this old lady with a dog walking into our house with a dog and the dog just comes in and I go: ‘Hello?’”

Initially, Fevola grew concerned that the woman might be scouting his house, especially given the timing around Halloween weekend.

“I was like: ‘Is this person scoping my house out? Get old people to come into my house and see what you’ve got and later on you get robbed,’” he explained. “I was like: ‘Is this a set-up?’”
