The FIFA World Cup will take place in Canada next year, with many of the country's top musical talents contributing to a special album. Canada Soccer revealed a new initiative featuring prominent Canadian artists collaborating on a project linked to the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will be hosted in Toronto, Vancouver, and 14 other North American cities.
All are involved in the Perfect Pitch project, led by Grammy-winning producer Boi-1da.
“The energy around this project has been incredible. It’s inspiring to see so many iconic Canadian artists come together. What we’re creating isn’t just an album, it’s a cultural statement. The music represents every corner of the country, and I’m proud of how collaborative and inclusive the process has been,” said Boi-1da.
The album will include original songs, reinterpreted tracks, and unique collaborations among celebrated Canadian musicians. It is scheduled for release before the 2026 FIFA World Cup kickoff across North America in June.
