The FIFA World Cup is set to take place in Canada next year, and some of the country's top musical talents will be involved in a special project. Canada Soccer revealed a program featuring many of the nation's biggest music stars collaborating on an album connected to the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will be hosted in Toronto, Vancouver, and 14 other cities across North America.
These artists are working together under the guidance of Grammy-winning producer Boi-1da as part of the "Perfect Pitch" project.
“The energy around this project has been incredible. It’s inspiring to see so many iconic Canadian artists come together. What we’re creating isn’t just an album, it’s a cultural statement. The music represents every corner of the country, and I’m proud of how collaborative and inclusive the process has been,” said Boi-1da.
The album will include original songs, reimagined tracks, and unique collaborations among Canada's foremost musicians. It is scheduled for release before the FIFA World Cup begins in June 2026.
This project promises to showcase Canadian culture and unite the nation through music during a globally significant sporting event.
