The Hollywood legend Pierce Brosnan, 72, has reunited with his estranged son Christopher, 52, after two decades of no contact. Christopher, whom Brosnan adopted in 1986, was seen with his father for the first time in years during a family dinner in Notting Hill earlier this week.
They were joined by Pierce's other son, Dylan, 28, a model, at the celebrity hotspot Dorian. Brosnan appeared joyful and was photographed smiling as he left the restaurant wearing a black jacket.
Brosnan had previously cut ties with Christopher due to Christopher’s refusal to overcome his drug addiction. The decision was described as heartbreaking.
"They both looked happy and relaxed while sitting down with one of Brosnan’s other sons Dylan."
Despite their past difficulties, the family appeared at ease together.
"Pierce and Christopher’s problems have been well documented. But it seems they’ve managed to put them behind them. It was really nice to see them together."
The Daily Mail has reached out to Pierce Brosnan’s representatives for comment but has not disclosed their response.
Pierce Brosnan has taken a significant step in healing family wounds by reconnecting with his son after years of separation caused by addiction struggles.
