Presidency Responds to Obasanjo on Nigeria’s Security

Government's Commitment to Ending Terrorism
The Presidency emphasized that President Bola Tinubu is determined to end terrorism in the country. His approach will combine both kinetic (military) and non-kinetic strategies to restore peace and security.
"Tinubu will adopt kinetic and non-kinetic approaches to completely eradicate terrorism," the Presidency declared.
Collaborations with International Partners
Efforts are underway with both local and international partners to strengthen Nigeria's fight against terrorism. However, security management remains a sovereign responsibility that Nigeria will not hand over to any external body.
