Whitecaps FC Advance to West Semifinal
Vancouver Whitecaps FC have secured a spot in the Western Conference semifinal after a dramatic shootout win against FC Dallas.

Ralph Priso scored his first goal of the season, tying Game 2 late in the match, which the Whitecaps won in a shootout at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas. Priso's goal marked his third career MLS goal and made him the 21st player to score for the Whitecaps this season, setting a new league record.
FC Dallas's Petar Musa opened the scoring in the 25th minute, but the Whitecaps managed to come back and win. This is the third time the Whitecaps have reached the MLS Western Conference semifinal stage, and they now aim to reach the conference final for the first time in club history.
