According to preliminary data, there were 6,172 births and 8,758 deaths in September 2025.
- Births decreased by 8.3% (559 fewer than in September 2024)
- Deaths decreased by 12% (1,230 fewer than a year earlier)
- Marriages increased by 17% (899 more than a year earlier)
The natural decrease was 2,586, compared to 3,257 in September 2024.
In the same period, 54,305 children were born, which is 6.8% (3,964) fewer than in the previous year.
The total fertility rate was estimated at 1.32 per female, compared with 1.39 a year earlier.
