Shell Withdraws from Atlantic Shores Wind Project
Shell New Energies US LLC, a subsidiary of Shell plc, announced on October 29 that it has voluntarily withdrawn from Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind, LLC.
As a result, Shell has assigned its 50% outstanding membership interests to its joint venture partner, EDF-RE Offshore Development, LLC, effective immediately.
