Creating Culture, Making Memories: FASA Celebrates Filipino Heritage
The Filipino American Student Association at the College of William and Mary brings together Filipino events, cultural dances, and activities to create a safe space for students to explore their identity and heritage.
According to Public Relations Chair Kayly Jacobs '27, one of the organization's primary goals is to increase visibility of Filipino culture on campus.
We want to make everyone more aware of the culture, especially because Filipino American culture is very different across the diaspora, Jacobs said.
