A medieval tower being reconstructed in central Rome, near the Colosseum, has collapsed, resulting in the death of one worker.
The 66-year-old Romanian worker was trapped under the rubble for almost 12 hours before being rescued. Unfortunately, he died on the way to the hospital.
The Romanian Foreign Ministry reported that another Romanian citizen was working at the collapsed tower.
