Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 11/05/25

Tuesday saw small craft advisories that will change to gale warnings on Wednesday afternoon. In spite of rough conditions a few boats tried to fish, but soon returned to their docks.
Lewes Harbour Marina said no boats left Lewes, but Hook em and Cook ‘em told us a couple of boats ran out, but found conditions too rough and quickly ran back inside Indian River Inlet.
Old Inlet Bait and Tackle reported that tog continue to bite on sand fleas and crabs as well as shrimp from the rocks along the Inlet. About one in ten of the tog caught are large enough to keep.
On Sunday, Jim Osborne and Dave English from the Lewes Tog Club, fished the Outer Wall with sand fleas and caught 61 tog, four of which were keepers.
