The parade is set to begin at 10:40 a.m. on Tuesday, November 11, starting outside the School District 60 office on 102nd Street. It will proceed past the legion building via 105th Avenue, reach City Hall, and return to the cenotaph for the outdoor ceremony.
After the outdoor program, attendees are invited inside the legion for a day of community activities. According to the City of Fort St. John’s website, attractions will include horse races, a turkey shoot, and a community dinner. The event is open to everyone, and no pre-registration is required.
Road closures will be in effect along the parade route and near the legion building from 9:30 a.m. to noon on November 11, with no vehicle access permitted during that period.
