German leisure airline Condor has officially ended more than three decades of Boeing 757 service with a special farewell flight departing from Frankfurt to Vienna on November 5, 2025.
The last remaining Boeing 757-300, registered D-ABOM and painted in a red-and-white candy-striped livery, carried over 100 passengers on a commemorative round trip. The group included airline employees, journalists, and devoted fans of the iconic jet.
For over 30 years, the Boeing 757 played a central role in Condor’s short- and medium-haul network. Data from ch-aviation show the airline operated 18 Boeing 757-200 and nine 757-300 aircraft during this period.
Most of Condor’s remaining 757s were recently retired, with some transferred to Cotswold Airport in the UK for dismantling. The November 5 flight marked the official conclusion of the airline’s Boeing 757 era.
“After 35 years, Condor says goodbye to the Boeing 757 — an aircraft that shaped the airline’s operations for decades.”
In September 2025, Condor auctioned 75 tickets through its online shop, giving aviation enthusiasts a final opportunity to join this historic farewell journey.
