Cricket Australia and NRMA Insurance have launched the NRMA Insurance Ashes Trophy Tour, bringing the iconic Waterford Crystal Ashes Trophy to cricket fans nationwide ahead of the 2025–26 NRMA Insurance Men’s Ashes Series.

The MCC Waterford Crystal Ashes Trophy, awarded to the winner of cricket’s most famous rivalry, will travel through several significant cricket regions in Australia. The tour highlights communities with deep cricketing heritage.

The Trophy’s Significance
The MCC Waterford Crystal Trophy was commissioned in 1998 and represents a replica of the original, small terracotta Ashes urn. The original urn is now preserved permanently at Lord’s Cricket Ground due to its fragility.
