On Thursday, the National Weather Service issued a dense fog advisory effective until Friday at 10 a.m. for Central Douglas County, Eastern Curry County, Josephine County, and Jackson County.
The advisory warns of visibility reduced to one quarter mile or less due to dense fog.
"Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous," states the National Weather Service.
Drivers are advised to slow down, use headlights, and maintain plenty of distance from the vehicle ahead.
